H&H is pleased to announce that Bob Forand, PE, has joined the firm as Principal Engineer, Senior Project Manager, and Florida Leader.

Bob brings more than 25 years of experience delivering complex transportation and bridge infrastructure projects throughout Florida. His expertise spans bridge rehabilitation and replacement, structural assessments, load ratings, maintenance and asset management programs, emergency response, and FDOT continuing services contracts.

Throughout his career, Bob has led multidisciplinary teams on some of Florida’s most significant transportation infrastructure projects, helping agencies enhance safety, resilience, and the long-term performance of critical assets. His extensive experience working with public agencies and stakeholders has contributed to the successful delivery of innovative and impactful infrastructure solutions across the state.

As H&H continues to expand its bridge and transportation practice throughout Florida and the Southeast, Bob’s leadership, technical expertise, and deep understanding of client needs will play a key role in supporting the firm’s continued growth and delivering exceptional service to clients.
