We are excited to announce that Andy Doyle, PE, has joined our team as the Atlanta Office Manager, overseeing the opening of our new location in Atlanta, Georgia. With 23 years of experience in bridge engineering and construction project management, Andy brings substantial expertise to H&H.

Additionally, Andy is an active member of the AASHTO Committee on Maintenance, the AASHTO Committee on Transportation System Security and Resilience, and the FHWA Bridge Preservation Expert Task Group.

Andy’s prior roles at the Georgia Department of Transportation include State Maintenance Engineer, State Bridge Maintenance Engineer, Senior State Bridge Inspection Engineer, Regional Bridge Inspection Engineer, and Construction Project Engineer. His extensive experience includes significant contributions to projects such as the I-75 Rehabilitation/Upgrade in Bartow/Gordon, the I-85 Bridge Deck Collapse Emergency Response, and the I-75 Resurfacing in Cobb County. Andy earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
