2023 William W. Chang Award of Lifetime Achievement – Anne Zweibel

During H&H’s eighth annual Founders’ Day Celebration, Anne Zweibel, PE, was awarded the 2023 William W. Chang Award of Lifetime Achievement.

Anne has dedicated almost 40 years of work with H&H. Her countless accomplishments throughout the years do not go unnoticed as she continues to significantly impact H&H and the industry. Anne is known for her leadership, strong proposal writing, establishing close relationships with clients and employees, and mentoring future engineers. She has shared her expertise in engineering and proposal writing with many H&H employees.

Anne has worked on major H&H projects, including the McKinley Bridge, Rainbow Bridge, Chincoteague Island Bridge, Port Clinton Bridge, and Kew Gardens Bridge. Her expertise, dedication and commitment to the company have led to significant company growth and success.

“She is a true player and always willing to take on new assignments,” said CEO Sean Bluni.
